5. Namor #3 Cvr A by Alexander Lozano

The only A cover in Liz’s list, this is a dreamy, “fluid” (ha!) homage to our favorite pointy-eared mutant that lives in the ocean.

4. Absolute Batman #2 Cvr G by Dan Panosian

This was, without a doubt, the year of Absolute Batman. This gritty homage to Frank Miller shows the bulking brute barely contained by the barricade of the bleed.

3. John Constantine Hellblazer Dead In America #3 Cvr B by Tyler Crook

An amazing cover to a highly overlooked series. I’m positive we’re going to see more big things from Crook in 2025.

2. Faceless and the Family #4 Cvr B by Jeremy Bastian

Lesniewski’s career-defining book had its share of killer work - but the B covers he called in from his friends did not slack. And this may be the best of the bunch.

1. Absolute Batman #1 1:25 Variant by Ian Bertram

No notes from me. This is a stunner of a cover and Bertram is a master. Year of Absolute Batman indeed.
