We’ve got a fully stocked wall of new releases this week including some amazing variant covers. Check it out:
Not sure where to start? Here are some picks:
DC Comics
If you’re a DC Comics reader, a new Red Hood series starts this week featuring art from Eisner winner Sanford Greene. Red Hood is the former Robin Jason Todd (aka Robin #2). His relationship with Batman and the rest of the superhero squad is… complicated.
Marvel Comics
For Marvel fans, Fall of X, the end of one of the biggest X-Men storylines of all time is happening now. There’s plenty to catch up on, but if you’re only picking up one title this week grab Fall of the House of X #2. If you’re looking for a complete story in the Marvel Universe, grab Across the Multiverse featuring your favorite web-slingers.
Indie Comics
Blue Book returns with a new story and perfect jumping on point as it delves into more “true” alien encounters with Blue Book 1947. We’re really getting somewhere in the Energon Universe with Transformers #5. Does that gun look familiar? It should. Finally, the Antarctica collection is out. This is one of our breakthrough titles of 2023. Stargate meets His Dark Materials? Let’s go.
All Ages
Happy Shop is simply delightful. Trying to save a small retail business that traffics in happiness? Sounds oddly familiar…
